Companies deliver on average within 30 working days.
The working days begin with the signing of the contract and/or with payment of the confirmation deposit.
The products in the Outlet and Zilio Plus areas are already available in our showroom.
Shipping times for these products are approximately 6 working days.

Once delivery is complete, our carpenters will conduct a thorough inspection of the goods in the presence of the customer. Should any problems arise, a report will be drawn up and signed by the customer.
At this point, the sales representative will send a replacement order to the manufacturer, who will send us the new material.
This service is provided to the customer free of charge.
Our staff do not provide assistance for products in the Outlet and Zilio Plus areas. Therefore, in the event of any problems, you can contact us and, if necessary, exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with Italian law.

No, there is no minimum purchase amount.

Yes, the price can be locked for 12 months.

Yes, we offer a number of flexible payment plans.

The statutory warranty period is 24 months. As a company, we offer an extended warranty agreement of longer than 24 months, charging only a call-out fee for our technicians.

Our quotes are always free of charge.

Personalised designs, created using specialised 3D CAD software, are free of charge.
These designs, however, remain the property of the company until the moment of purchase.

Owing to the complexity and time required to take measurements accurately, our designers will carry out this work only when verifying the design and finalising the purchase.
